What is included in the program
- A one-hour movement and postural assessment is Compulsory, this allows me to design a program that is suitable for you and your ability, and your specific goals.

- A weekly or fortnightly face-to-face private session.
- If you are a keen person and would like to train also on your own in between weekly or fortnightly sessions with me,
I provide an extra program for you to practice on your own, also this program will consider your goals, needs and your equipment availability, for a successful result and satisfaction.
What your home program would look like?
- First and foremost we will have dedicated a one-on-one session to go through the program.
- All of my programs come in a PDF file with a clear explanation of how to execute the program methodically and clearly, this includes a link to the video in addition to a written explanation of how to interpret the program.
- For each exercise, there will be written explanations and direct video links to tutorials for each exercise created by me.
