How does it work?
- Free 45-minute Zoom call to discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit.
- I create and provide a detailed plan, in a 6 weeks plan block, each 6 weeks block will have the pre-established numbers of weekly training sessions laid out considering your situation.
- All of my programs come in a PDF file with a clear explanation of how to execute the program methodically and clearly, this includes a link to the video in addition to a written explanation of how to interpret the program.
- For each exercise, there will be written explanations and video links to tutorials created by me.
- The program is designed for you, with your needs, equipment availability and goals in mind to deliver the best and most effective and satisfactory results.
- After delivering the program, video analysis is available to ensure the execution of exercises and program structure is optimal and consistent.
